Warehouse Racking Systems by Storage Requirement
Choose a system by the balance you need between storage density, pallet selectivity and throughput. Each range is manufactured to order and configured for your site.
Forklifts drive into the lanes and place pallets on continuous rails. This removes working aisles and maximizes cubic storage for homogeneous SKUs, bulk goods and cold rooms.
Pallets ride on nested carts along inclined rails, so each lane holds several pallets deep. Every lane face stays directly accessible from the aisle, which suits medium SKU counts.
Add a second or third working level above your existing floor for picking, light storage, packing or offices. You gain usable area without relocating or extending the building.
Racks are mounted on motorized bases that travel along floor rails, and only one working aisle opens at a time. This greatly increases capacity compared with static selective racking in the same footprint.
A battery-powered shuttle, controlled remotely, moves pallets inside deep lanes. It supports FIFO or LIFO flow and keeps forklifts out of the rack structure, which raises throughput and safety.
Cantilever, long-span and application-specific racks for steel bars, pipes, profiles, timber, panels and other loads that standard pallet racking cannot hold safely.
Integrated warehouse storage services, from planning to after-sales
Founded in 2010 in Linyi, Shandong, Guake is a professional manufacturer of storage equipment for logistics and warehousing systems. We do more than supply steel. We plan the storage concept, design the rack structure, then manufacture, install and commission the system, and we continue to support it after handover.
Our range covers traditional medium- and heavy-duty shelving through to shuttle racking, mezzanine floors, steel platforms and automated stereoscopic warehouses. Buyers can therefore upgrade step by step, from manual storage to intelligent, data-driven warehousing, with a single supplier.
Quality leads the future. Whether you need traditional shelving or smart warehousing, our commitment is the same: storage that is safe, efficient and built around your operation.
High-End Customization Expert
Each solution is tailor-made around your SKU profile, pallet size, building limits and handling equipment. You get a racking system engineered for your operation, not adapted from a catalog.
Leading Technology Brand
From radio shuttle systems to automated stereoscopic warehouses, we apply proven automation technology. It raises storage density and throughput while keeping operations simple to run.

Pallet Racks
Heavy-duty beam racking gives direct access to every pallet position. It is the most flexible choice for warehouses with many SKUs and frequent picking.
Radio shuttles move pallets within deep storage lanes, so forklifts only work at the lane entry. Density increases while handling speed and safety improve, which makes the system well suited to cold storage and food and beverage operations.
High-bay automated stereoscopic warehouses use the full building height. Automated equipment handles storage and retrieval to cut labor dependence, reduce consumption and enable digital inventory management.
Many warehouses run several zones at once. We combine shelving, cantilever racks, mezzanines and pallets into one coordinated layout, with matched components and one installation plan.
Our range includes medium-duty shelving, heavy-duty beam racking, robotic bin storage racks, automated stereoscopic warehouses and shuttle racking. It also covers drive-in racking, mezzanine floors, steel platforms, cantilever racking, and plastic and steel pallets.
Specifications shown are typical configuration ranges for reference only. Final dimensions and rated capacities are confirmed by structural calculation for your goods, handling equipment and site conditions.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions from Overseas Buyers
These are clear answers to the questions procurement managers and warehouse planners ask most often before starting a racking project.
Components for automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS)
Can Guake design a racking layout for my warehouse?
Yes. Send us the following and our engineers will propose a rack layout with matching structural calculations:
Your floor plan (CAD or PDF)
Clear building height
Pallet dimensions and unit load weight
Forklift type
Required throughput
How do I choose between drive-in, push back and radio shuttle racking?
Each system suits a different type of operation:
Drive-in racking gives the highest density at the lowest cost. It suits few SKUs stored in large quantities.
Push back racking stores 2 to 5 pallets deep per lane. Each lane remains directly accessible from the aisle.
Radio shuttle racking supports deep lanes with FIFO or LIFO flow. It reduces forklift travel inside the rack, which suits high-throughput and cold-storage operations.
See the selection guide above for a side-by-side comparison.
Does Guake support installation for overseas projects?
Yes. Every project includes installation drawings, component lists and installation guidance. We can also arrange commissioning support and after-sales service according to the project scope and location. Learn more on our Global Service page.
How is racking quality and load safety ensured?
Quality and safety are controlled at several stages:
Each design is based on the actual unit loads and the site conditions.
Members are sized by structural calculation.
Components are produced from qualified steel.
Components receive protective surface treatment.
Production follows our certified quality management system.
Can racking size, color and load capacity be customized?
Yes. The following can all be customized to suit your goods, your building and your handling equipment:
Upright height
Beam length
Number of levels
Load capacity per level
Decking type
Surface color
