Q: How do I choose between drive-in, push back and radio shuttle racking?

Each system suits a different type of operation: Drive-in racking gives the highest density at the lowest cost. It suits few SKUs stored in large quantities. Push back racking stores 2 to 5 pallets deep per lane. Each lane remains directly accessible from the aisle. Radio shuttle racking supports deep lanes with FIFO or LIFO flow. It reduces forklift travel inside the rack, which suits high-throughput and cold-storage operations.

Question 1

What warehouse racking systems does Guake manufacture?

Accepted Answer

Required throughput

Question 3

How do I choose between drive-in, push back and radio shuttle racking?

Accepted Answer

Each system suits a different type of operation:

Drive-in racking gives the highest density at the lowest cost.

Question 4

Does Guake support installation for overseas projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project includes installation drawings, component lists and installation guidance. We can also arrange commissioning support and after-sales service according to the project scope and location.

Question 5

How is racking quality and load safety ensured?

Accepted Answer

Quality and safety are controlled at several stages:

Each design is based on the actual unit loads and the site conditions.
Members are sized by structural calculation.
Components are produced from qualified steel.
Components receive protective surface treatment.
Production follows our certified quality management system.

Question 6

Can racking size, color and load capacity be customized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The following can all be customized to suit your goods, your building and your handling equipment:

Upright height
Beam length
Number of levels
Load capacity per level
Decking type
